Each course lists its skill level and prerequisites. If you can cast on, knit, and purl, Beginner tracks are for you. If you’re shaping sleeves or reading basic charts, try Intermediate. Advanced courses expect confidence with complex charts or multi-size garment math.
What’s included with a course?
Short videos, printable patterns and checklists, discussion prompts, and access to feedback threads. Some courses also include office hours or live Q&A sessions.
How long do I keep access?
You keep access for at least 24 months from purchase. If we ever retire a course, we ensure you can download the PDFs and pattern references beforehand.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a course doesn’t fit your needs, contact us within 14 days and before you complete more than 30% of the lessons. We will work with you to find a better match or issue a refund per our Terms.
Will I earn a certificate?
You’ll receive a shareable digital certificate when you complete all lessons and submit the final project. Certificates are not accreditation, but they do reflect real skill growth.
What tools or yarn do I need?
Supplies vary. Every product page lists needle sizes, yarn weights, notions, and optional tools. We keep materials affordable and substitute-friendly.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Absolutely. Lessons are on-demand. Community threads and challenges add accountability if you want extra motivation.
